Terms and Conditions for Ammestart's Services

1. Nature of Consultation

All services provided by Ammestart are based on professional knowledge and experience as a lactation consultant and are tailored to your individual needs based on the information you provide. However, this guidance does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. We always encourage you to consult a doctor or health visitor regarding any concerns about your child's health.

2. Limitation of Liability

The guidance provided is based on the information you share. While we strive to offer the best possible advice, many factors can influence breastfeeding and related challenges. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. It is important to make informed decisions, and we recommend that you assess the advice given in the context of your personal situation.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are final, and services are non-refundable, regardless of whether the consultation is completed partially or canceled by the customer. This also applies to technical issues on the customer’s end unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Privacy and Data Security

All information shared during consultations is treated confidentially and used solely to tailor the service. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.

These terms are designed to protect the business in accordance with Danish law and applicable consumer agreements.

By purchasing Ammestart’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase from Ammestart.dk within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with Danish law. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email to info@ammestart.dk within the 14-day period.

If you choose to cancel, we will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be processed using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that the right of withdrawal is void if the package has been opened and the first consultation has taken place, with your acceptance that the withdrawal right ceases upon the start of the consultation.
