Welcome to Ammestart. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a certified sleep consultant, and an experienced pediatric nurse, I take your unique situation as my starting point. I believe that expert support should adapt to the family, not the other way around.

My name is Ditte Kilmose. I'm an IBCLC-certified lactation consultant, certified sleep consultant, and pediatric nurse. Since 2017, I have dedicated my career to providing security and support for families during the vulnerable postpartum period.
My approach is simple: Professional expertise meets human empathy using a holistic aproach. Through my own experiences with breastfeeding and children who struggled to sleep, I know firsthand how frustrating it is when things don't go as planned. That is why my mission is to ensure that no parent ever feels they have to navigate these challenges on their own – and it is more than okay to reach out for professional support.
